Laura & Co Jazz will be performing live, providing the perfect soundtrack for a relaxed Sunday afternoon. Our breakfast menu is served from 10 am to 12 pm, Lunch is served 12pm to 4pm, so come early to enjoy a delicious meal before settling in for some smooth, soulful jazz.
Great food, live jazz, and a relaxed Sunday atmosphere—the perfect way to unwind and catch up with friends!

Spring Flower Basket Workshop

Join Ayla for a relaxed afternoon surrounded by fresh, seasonal blooms, where you’ll design and create your own beautiful spring flower basket to take home. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll learn simple arranging techniques and colour pairing, perfect for beginners and flower lovers alike.
Enjoy a glass of Mereworth sparkling wine on arrival, along with a selection of delicious picky bits and nibbles, while you create, chat, and unwind in a lovely setting.

Laura Lawton

Laura was classically trained at The Guildhall School of Music in London and focussed her earlier years on opera, before switching over permanently to indulge her passion for singing jazz.
With her very distinctive tone, Laura enjoys performing a wonderful mix of jazz standards recorded over the years by the likes of Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holliday, Peggy Lee, Etta James, Nina Simone and many more . Anything from ‘Fly Me To The Moon’, to some Latin jazz with ‘Girl From Ipanema’ plus some beautiful, less widely recognised, jazz pieces like ‘I Fall In Love Too Easily’ and ‘Desafinado’.

Sam Dunn

Recent gigs have seen Sam playing with a veritable who’s who of UK jazz, including the Hot Club of Jupiter, Draw by Four, Perpetual Motion Machine, Karen Street’s quartet, The Clock Winders, Shirley Smart’s quartet, Georgia Mancio, Simon Spillett, Sammy Mayne, and many more.
Sam has played at the Albert Hall, toured Australia with Grammy nominated pianist Judy Carmichael, frequently performs at Ronnie Scott’s jazz club and recently toured the UK with singer Nina Clark playing the music of Ella Fitzgerald and Joe Pass.

Paul Malsom

In the last few years Paul has developed a style that makes extensive and effective use of a loop station as well as playing electric guitars in bands, particularly his own Trio.
Paul's solo performances are highly virtuosic, imaginative and expressive. Combined with his natural and humorous rapport with his audience.

John Harriman is a critically acclaimed pianist and composer in Jazz and Latin genres. He now performs widely in a variety of Jazz groups and line ups in the UK and abroad. John is the founder of leading Afro-Cuban Jazz Group Heads South, winner of the Jazz Services National Touring Forum award.

Paul Eldridge

Paul Eldridge is a versatile Folkestone-based pianist who has been working in London and the South East for many years. He is a familiar presence in some of the city’s most iconic venues, including Claridge’s, Brown’s Hotel, The Ivy and the Chelsea Arts Club.
Equally at home on stage and in intimate lounge settings, Paul has worked with a wide range of ensembles. He performs with the swing and jump-jive band Blue Harlem, who have appeared regularly at Ronnie Scott’s and the Pizza Express Jazz Club, exciting audiences with their upbeat swinging sound.

He has played and gigged with his own quartet at Ronnie Scott’s also with Dick Pearce, Renato D’Aiello quartet, Nat Steele trio and Alison Neale quartet. At the London Jazz Festival with The London Jazz Orchestra and part of Bop Fest.
Dave has broadcast on BBC Radio with Sir Ron Goodwin as part of his 70th Birthday celebrations. He was also part of the Music for Monserrat concert held at the Albert Hall which was directed by Sir George Martin, in which he
played alongside Paul McCartney, Sting, Elton John, Carl Perkins, Mark Knopfler, and Eric Clapton.
