Make Your Very Own Mereworth Sparkling Wine!

Ever wondered how sparkling wine gets its bubbles? Now’s your chance to find out!

Join our Winemaker, Scott Gebbie, for a fun, hands-on experience where you’ll take part in the final stage of making sparkling wine – disgorging.

Don’t worry, it’s easier than it sounds! You’ll discover how we remove the yeast that has worked hard over three years of ageing, helping to develop the layers of complexity in our finished wine.

Under Scott’s expert guidance, you’ll remove the crown cap, add the dosage and cork your very own bottle of Mereworth sparkling wine.

The best bit? You’ll get to take your finished bottle home, ready to enjoy at Christmas!

If you love getting hands-on, trying something different and don’t mind a little mess, this is the perfect experience to enjoy with friends.

Come along, get involved and create a bottle of Mereworth sparkling wine that’s truly your own!
