You should receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and further confirmation when your item is either ready to collect, or when it is shipped. If you haven't received any confirmation, feel free to contact us directly by phone on 01622 817795, or on the above contact form.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you can by calling us on 01622 817795, so that if your order hasn't yet been shipped, we can change this for you.
Please contact us directly if you require shipping to anywhere outside mainland UK and we'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
You should receive shipments within 3 working days from the time you place your order. Sometimes there may be delays in shipment which are beyond our control. You should be kept up to date on your email address provided with tracking and shipment details. If you're unsure, please do get in touch.
