Our grapes, which travel just a mile from our vineyard in Wateringbury to our winery in Mereworth, are pressed just hours after they're picked from the vine.

Our pressed grapes are now fermenting in our temperature-controlled tanks, before being given time to mature... You'll have to be patient for this one: Creating exceptional English Sparkling Wine takes time and we only release each vintage when we are certain it's ready. We suspect we have another extraordinary vintage on the way...
