Mereworth White from White is made exclusively from Estate grown Chardonnay and crafted from a single vintage. This wine is intended to be both approachable yet intensely complex. With a careful balance of lees contact and aging, freshness is brought into harmony with complex flavours and delicate minerality. 

Chardonnay grows exceptionally well on the rocky slopes of the greensand ridge where a carefully selected blend of Chardonnay clones and rootstocks produces exceptional fruit that embodies the crisp apple orchards that surround us, the tropical notes of a hot summer and a subtle hoppiness reminiscent of what was grown here before. 

Tasting notes 

A delicately balanced white sparkling wine with vibrancy and subtle sophistication, our White From White features citrus flavours with gentle toasted notes, which compliment the honied fruit and nut aromas on the nose. A graceful, soft gold in colour, with a silky texture carried into a fresh, crisp finish.
