"We care about the perfect expression of terroir. This Gin is the essence of the diversity that surround us."

- Founder, William Boscawen

“Mereworth Harvest gin is a carefully considered collaboration of fruit, floral and earthiness where straw-like undertones ground the more playful and vibrant aromatics of the fruits and wild flowers.”

– Head winemaker, Scott Gebbie

Process

Using equipment from our state-of-the-art winery, we craft our premium spirits through the process of cold-compounding. Each botanic is carefully sourced and has been selected to bring harmony to the final product. An extended process of maceration tailored to each botanic gently extracts the essential oils responsible for the award winning flavour and aromatics. The spirit is gently filtered to retain its intensity and bottled in dark bottles to protect its flavours and colour from light damage as it sits on your shelf.

Ingredients

Spirit

Surrounded by wheat fields in the heart of Kent, we have selected the finest 100% distilled wheat spirit to form the foundation of our gin. Wheat spirit is known for offering lightness to the overall profile and a gentle sweetness to the palate.

Red Berry Infusion

Our Red Berry Infusion includes strawberries and raspberries from our Kent estate, apples from our Cornish orchards, English marigolds, and pretty blue cornflowers. This exquisite blend captures the essence of our countryside and of the time of harvest.

Juniper

Juniper is the key to any gin, and here it offers a fresh fragrance of wood and pine that encapsulates the character of our red berry infusion and elevates it.

Tasting notes:

Fresh and bright, with a burst of Kentish fruit and delicate floral notes.
